Shipping policy

 

All pins are custom-made to order. Every order goes through design review, tooling, and production before it ships.

• Minimum order: 200 units per design.

• Design review: approximately 2 business days after payment.

• Production: the steel die is cut, then pins are struck, enamel-filled, fired, and polished.

• Estimated total time: approximately 45 days from order confirmation to delivery, design review included.

• Shipping costs: shipping is included in the automatic quote generated when you design your order, so the price you see already covers delivery.

• Tracking: a tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.

• Carrier: we ship worldwide by air freight with tracking.

• Deadlines: contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

• Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

• Delays: we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the order has shipped.
