Refund policy

Every order is custom-manufactured to your design, using a steel die cut specifically for your artwork. Each item is made for you and cannot be resold. Please review your design, sizes, quantities, and finishes carefully before confirming your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as we have not yet cut the die for your design. Once the die is cut, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, since the tooling is made to your specifications.

Design review

After payment, our design team reviews your artwork against die-striking requirements. This takes approximately 2 business days. If we find that a design cannot be struck as approved, we will contact you with an adjusted version at no additional cost before production begins. If we cannot reach a workable design together, you may cancel for a full refund.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the design you approved, contact us at contact@pinsfactorynow.ai within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will remake and reship the items at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Color and finish variation

Screens display color differently from enamel. Minor variation in color, plating tone, or enamel fill between the approved digital proof and the finished pin is normal in die-struck manufacturing and is not considered a defect.

Change of mind

Because every product is personalized and requires custom tooling, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Lost or undelivered shipments

All orders ship with tracking. If your tracking shows no movement, or your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it with a reshipment or refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
