Pins Factory Now is a brand of Vértice SpA.
We're a manufacturer with a design team in Santiago, Chile, a production line in China, and operations support in Vernon Hills, Illinois. When you order from us, you get factory-direct pricing and people in your time zone.
We don't hide where our pins are made. Every design is reviewed by our own designers before the die is cut, and every order is inspected before it ships.
What we make
We produce custom cloisonné hard enamel pins. A steel die is cut for each design, the metal is struck, enamel is filled into the recesses by hand, fired at high temperature, and polished flush with the metal.
This is the same process used for heritage lapel pins. It isn't printing on a pre-made blank, and it isn't a sticker under resin. The difference is something you can feel with a fingertip.
Why we built an AI designer
Ordering custom pins has always worked the same way: you hire a designer, wait for concepts, exchange revisions by email, send the artwork to a factory, and then find out whether it can be struck at all. Two to four weeks — and you paid for the design before you knew the price.
We thought the order was backwards. So we built a designer that generates within die-striking constraints and shows you the price on the same screen, before you spend anything.
Then our design team reviews the file before we cut steel. The AI is fast. The people are the reason it's right.
